In this course, technicians will learn how to effectively navigate the UpKeep Mobile app to improve their workflow and efficiency in managing maintenance tasks. The course will cover essential features and functions of the app, including how to create and process work orders, communicate with team members, and view location and asset details.
Technicians will also be introduced to Nova, UpKeep’s built-in assistant designed to support technicians as they work. Throughout the course, Nova is introduced as a tool that helps technicians prioritize work orders, troubleshoot issues, and take action on their behalf to streamline daily workflows.
By the end of this course, technicians will have a solid understanding of how to use UpKeep Mobile to streamline their daily operations, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability. They will be able to leverage the full capabilities of the app, including Nova where helpful, to prioritize maintenance tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members in real time.
